A $25.00 donation per hymnal will provide one dedication plaque, which will be affixed to the inside front cover of the hymnal. The hymnal will then be placed in the Church for use by the Parish. If you wish to honor or remember more than one person, you are encouraged to donate more than one hymnal.

We will be able to accept cash or checks (please make checks payable to “St. Anthony of Padua” with a reference to “Hymnal dedication” on the check memo section). All proceeds will be used to defray the cost of the hymnals and benefit the Liturgical and Music Ministries of our Parish. The amount of the donation will be forwarded to our Parish Financial Department for your annual stewardship records.

If you are interested in dedicating one or more hymnals, please complete the order form listed in the menu on the right and return it to the Parish office along with your payment.
